Forest bathing is a gentle, slow-paced immersion in nature where we awaken our senses and reconnect with the present moment. Through a series of guided invitations, you'll slow down, notice more deeply, and experience the restorative qualities of the natural world. This monthly gathering offers a space to pause, reset from the month, and replenish your mind, body, and spirit.
Along the way, you'll share the experience with a community of like-hearted people, nurturing a deeper sense of connection with nature, yourself, and one another. There is no need to perform or achieve anything. Simply come as you are and allow nature to meet you where you are.
Each month, we explore a different forest across Singapore, offering fresh landscapes, seasonal changes, and new encounters that make every session unique.
The guided forest bathing experience lasts approximately two hours. Afterwards, you're warmly invited to stay for unstructured conversations and co-resting. Whether you'd like to journal, sketch, read, knit, enjoy a quiet picnic, or simply sit beneath the trees, you are free to do anything that helps you rest. There is no agenda, only the invitation to linger a little longer in good company and in nature.

Wear comfortable & airy fabric and cover up the skin well if you are prone to bites. Sandals are good for walking barefoot, and running or walking shoes are good for those needing better ankle support.
Bring water, umbrella, hat, sunblock and a mat if you have.

If blessed by a light passing rain, we will learn to embrace flow, change and play. The program will flow with the weather and be conducted under safe conditions in the absence of lightning. The more open the heart is, the more one will receive the therapeutic effects of the water element.
However, if persistent thunderstorms are expected throughout the planned duration, you will be notified a day ahead, or at least 90 minutes before the session. You will be able to select another replacement walk if the session is cancelled.

The experience is designed for youths and adults who would appreciate a peaceful time away from the busy rhythm.
We will be sitting on the ground and walking some distance (not more than 3km), so a general level of fitness will suffice.
If you have any physical limitations, please let us know and we will advise and support.
