Jovena Loon | Guide & Facilitator

Jovena is an experienced forest bathing and nature therapy guide who founded Gentle Walks with the mission to promote gentleness and mindful living in the city.

She found forest bathing during a phase of corporate burnout and was deeply moved by the experience. It inspired her to join a 6-month training by ANFT to learn the science and art behind the practice. Having experienced the benefits of forest bathing firsthand and discovered her deep connections with nature along the way, she now lives the calling to be a voice for the forest, and the bridge between humans and nature.

She further developed her studies in psychology with The School of Positive Psychology, as well as other holistic healing methodologies such as sound and cacao medicine to equip herself with more knowledge to better support the wellness needs of the community.
