Relieve stress and create memories with your team with a forest bathing experience. You will be guided to meet each other heart-to-heart and deepen relationships within the team through rest, play and wonder.

Nature Sound Bath (2.0h)

Blending the therapeutic effects of forest bathing and sound bathing, the team will experience a relaxation of their mind & body. Enjoy a slow wander in the gardens and ease into a symphony of nature’s song, singing bowls and calming music in the embrace of nature.

[Team CSR] Forest bathing & cleanup (2.0h)

Go beyond the call of duty by integrating nature relations at the heart of forest/beach cleanup initiatives. Instil a sense of purpose through forest bathing that bridges interconnectedness with the environment.

Indoor Workshops

Mindful Botanical Tea Class (1.0h)

Promote team relaxation through a mindfulness tea workshop to experience different florals and herbs through the five senses. Participants will be guided to blend different plants for calming or energizing effects and enjoy a tea appreciation.

Indoor Sound Bath (1.0 - 1.5h)

Support your team’s wellness through a meditative sound journey inspired by nature. Using a combination of singing bowls, prompts, and nature soundtracks, participants will experience the dream-like theta state for restoration and relaxation.

Burnout Prevention: Ways to practice rest and self care (1.0h)

Equip your team with basic mental health and holistic wellness knowledge to develop self-awareness and self-care to prevent burnout. Empower them with tools of mindfulness, bodyfulness, and heartfulness to effectively replenish themselves. The keynote can be adapted for corporate, schools and different communities accordingly.

Jovena is an experienced forest bathing and nature therapy guide who founded Gentle Walks with the mission of promoting gentleness and mindful living in the city.

After being helped by the forest in overcoming a corporate burnout and existential crisis, she is inspired to advocate for mental and holistic well-being in the community through nature therapy. Trained and certified by the global Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, she brings this evidence-based methodology to life with her own childlike curiosity and poetic touch, creating experiences that nourish the spirit and move hearts.

With a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling, her practice is psychology-informed, offering a safe and empathetic space for self-exploration and authenticity. You can trust that you will be held with care and the team will leave the session feeling lighter, rejuvenated and enlivened.
