Jurong Lake Gardens was specifically picked for the purpose of Spring Forth, for the vast serene lake mirrors both the sky and the self, gently drawing us inward to connect with our emotional landscape.
The calm waters become a vessel for clarity, holding space for what stirs beneath the surface. The soft grass and the earth will provide a steady presence to calm the heart. The gentle breeze refreshes the space within, and the abundant afternoon sun will spark new energy within the body.
Together, the harmony of these elements will weave itself into us with every intentional breath, restoring us into balance and alignment between the body, mind, and heart.
We will take shelter at Ice Cream Man & Friends to break from the heat as we enter a space of introspection with journaling. Cool off with a wide range of iced fruit teas and ice cream to choose from.
Seated amidst peaceful splashes of the water at The Sunken Garden, we can arrive in a flow state to access emotions and thoughts needing our attention and prepare our space for the path forward.

Summer Solistice
The summer solstice marks the peak of the sun’s power— when it reaches its highest, longest presence in the sky. It is the official turning point in the natural cycle moving into the full force of summer. It is a potent threshold inviting us to pause and acknowledge our growth over spring, honor what has bloomed, and bravely stand in the abundance and vitality of summer.
Soak in the peak energy of the year to replenish the life force within and fuel your path ahead.
JUL 12 / 13
July Full Moon
The July full moon that rises in the height of summer illuminates what is hidden, offering clarity and insight and inviting us to listen deeply to the voice within. Also known as the Buck Moon, a time when bucks (deers) begin to grow new antlers, it marks a season of vulnerability and resilience through shedding and renewal.
Immerse in the balance of the yang of summer and yin of the full moon, and gently shift yourself into full alignment within.
