The risks include, and are not limited to: Slipping and falling, falling objects, water hazards, exhaustion, heat exhaustion, sunburn, dehydration, and exposure to potentially dangerous wild animals, insect bites, and hazardous plant life, accidents, illness and any physical exertion associated with this activity. By signing up for Gentle Retreat, I understand that I will hold full responsibility for my safety and agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Gentle Walks and all organizers for abovementioned risks.

Acknowledgement of Payment Terms *

I have read all the information on the payment policy on the page and T&C, and acknowledge all the conditions on the refund policy. Early bird Registration i. Early bird prices are applicable from 1 May 2025 until all 7 spots are taken up. ii. Full payment is required and due within 24 hours of email confirmation to enjoy the early bird discount. Regular Registration i. Regular prices are applicable from the 8th spot onwards. ii. Deposit of $111 is required to reserve a spot, due within 24 hours of registration. iii. Balance payment will be due within 7 days from registration. iv. Deposit is fully refundable if Participants pull out before the balance payment is due.

Cancellation by Gentle Walks and/or host *

Cancellation of the retreat is unlikely, unless due to critical unforeseen circumstances (serious illness, accident, bereavement, natural disaster etc). In the event that the retreat needs to be cancelled or significantly modified due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose to receive full refund on program fees or retain it as credit for the rescheduled session. Gentle Walks will not be liable for other costs incurred by participants such as airfare, accommodations and transportation outside of retreat.
